• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent qualifications or rebate availability
• Honor our refund policy for invalid or duplicate leads

Limitation of Liability

RebateBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms
